MEDLIFE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Our chapter sends members on MEDLIFE trips abroad to aid in development projects and setting up mobile clinics. MEDLIFE also works hard to establish long term care providers for the communities we work with to ensure we are not providing a band-aid solution.
USC MEDLIFE additionally works with other non-profit groups to stay involved locally. We have helped out at The Midnight Mission homeless shelter, Conversations to Remember, and Paper Airplanes.
Our chapter is also dedicated to the educational aspect of MEDLIFE. We create frequent education infographics to share on Instagram in order to support our community with knowledge on various public health topics.
Join USC MEDLIFE to join a group of students passionate about public health and community service. Our chapter strives to connect support each other in our academic pursuits and give back both locally and abroad.
